How to Purchase a Course
(1.) Select the course of interest from the Course Catalog and click Purchase Course.
(2.) If you have previously puchased an online course from E-Summits, please enter your login information to continue.
(3.) If this your first time here, please Create an Account. Upon creating your account, you wil receive an email to activate your account.
(4.) Once you have logged into your account, enter your credit card information in our secure website shopping cart, and upon completion of payment you can immediately begin taking your Online Course.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
If you can't remember your password, just go to the login screen and click Yes, help me log in'. Your password will be sent to your email address.
Do I have to have a e-Summits profile?
Yes, every user has a profile on e-Summits.com. We recommend that you customize it by uploading a picture (avatar) of yourself and maybe tell other users a little bit about yourself. You can share a little or a lot, it's up to you. We have a very friendly community here, so we encourage you to share something about yourself.
What are the system requirements to use e-Summits.com?
e-Summits.com requires a fairly fast internet connection and computer to load and view videos. Any computer made within the last three years should work fine on e-Summits.com, but there will always be times when you may experience difficulties loading and playing videos.
I'm having trouble logging into e-Summits.com
If you are having trouble logging in to the site, please make sure you are using the correct email address and password. If you still have trouble, please use the forgot password, to reset your password.
Accessing a Course You Purchased
To access any course you have purchased, go to the top navigation, on the right side, hover over "My Account", from the drop down hover over My Courses, you will then see a list of the courses that you have purchased. You can click on any of these courses to open the Course page to access the course video, post-test, and certificate.
Downloading CE Certficate
To Download your CE Certificate from a course you have purchased and have completed, please view the How It Works
I am Being Audited by my Board
You may need to provide your Board with a copy of your CE Certificate. Log into your account, and go to the top navigation, on the right side, hover over "My Account", from the drop down hover over My Courses, you will then see a list of the courses that you have purchased. You can click on any of these courses to open the Course page to access the certificate you need.
