Q. How do I Sign Up for an Online Course?
A. Browse for the course of interest, click "Purchase Course" and you will be directed to login or create an account.
Q. How do I Watch the Video?
A. Click on the Help Icon
within the course to see instructions for how to watch the videos and access other course documents.
Q. How do I get Continuing Education Credit?
A. Purchase a course, Watch the Course Presentation and complete the post-test to access your completion certificate.
Q. How long do I have to Complete the Online Course?
A. Once you register for a course, it will remain active for 30 days. You can review the course materials and take the post-test as many times as you wish during this activation period.
Q. Can I view Videos without going through the Online System?
A. Yes, we have many course delivery options for today's busy professionals. See our 'Learn Anywhere' page for details.
Q. Are there Any Other Fees other than the Course Registration Fee (CE Processing Fee, etc)?
A. When you sign up for an online course, all processing fees are included in your registration fee. If you buy a DVD or CD, or download an MPEG or MP3 file, you will have an additional fee if you want to take the post-test and get continuing education credit.
Q. What are the Requirements for a Completion Certificate?
A. You must view the course video, review all course documents, and pass the post-test with 75% accuracy. You are able to take the post-test multiple times within your course activation period.

A. There is no refund if you fail to complete your course or pass your test within the 30-day course activation time period. However, if you have technical difficulties that cannot be resolved through our Support team, we will offer you an alternative course format (ex. DVD/CD or download).
